The Problem
The cost of working against how you're wired doesn't show up as a crisis. It shows up quietly and in multiple ways.
First ENGAGEMENT slowly slips. It's easy to miss the early signs, because people still do their job, but they stop bringing their A-game and proactiveness.
Then PERFORMANCE stalls. Capable people start to underperform because they're working against how they're wired to work and so the work increasingly feels like an uphill battle.
It begins to affect COLLABORATION. Meetings drag out, decisions stall and the same conflicts keep coming back.
And lastly, good people LEAVE or BURN OUT... and it's often the ones you really didn't want to lose.
The usual response is another survey, another training, another process... But when the system itself doesn't fit the people in it, more of the same just adds to the noise.

About Human Design
Many personality tools describe what someone is like. Human Design shows how someone works: how they make decisions, where their energy comes from, how they communicate, and what they need to do their best work.
That makes it unusually practical. In a single workshop, teams start building a shared language for their differences: why one person needs time before deciding while another needs to act now, why some thrive in constant collaboration while others need focused space. Conversations that used to create friction become ones the team can actually have.
I use it the way it works best: as a tool for reflection and dialogue, never for recruitment or selection. Combined with a decade in HR and career development, the insights turn into concrete changes in your meetings, your 1:1s, and how work is shared across the team.

I read people, and I read the room
In a workshop or a team, I see the dynamics that aren't being said out loud. And I name them, kindly, but clearly, because nothing changes until someone does.
I don't stop at insight
I challenge people to grow. A good workshop should make a shift in people, and leave them with something they can use the next day.
I build systems, and I spot where they break
I've designed onboarding, offboarding and 1:1 frameworks, development talks and leadership programs across several companies. That experience lets me see quickly where your current setup is working against your people.
