Initially feeling trapped in a career dictated by external pressures, I discovered the transformative power of Human Design, aligning my career path with my inner calling and innate talents. I’m grounded, intuitive and solution-oriented, but with a creative power to find all the possibilities and spot potentials in others. I am deeply driven by helping others live their life in alignment, and I do this through energy work, spiritual practices, human design and practical, grounded solutions that transform your life.

Human Design Reader and Mentor, earned through extensive self-study and integration of my own design since 2018, as well as formal training by Human Design Experts such as Jenna Zoe, Luna Bindner and Erin Claire Jones. 

That means I've completed: 

- 3 Human Design Reader/Mentor Courses/Certifications

- Attended 70+ workshops 

- Listened to countless podcasts and read multiple books, blogs, articles, you name it. 
 

With a 5/1 profile I love diving deep into topics I'm passionate about and finding practical solutions to problems that light me up, and Human Design has had my heart for years! It's a truly fascinating system, with so many layers, that has completely transformed my own life and the lives of many of my clients. As a 5/1 it's vital for me to continue to deepen my knowledge and honor my desire to become an expert in my field. I therefore continue to study Human Design through books, podcasts, webinars and monthly Master Classes with Erin Claire Jones.

Life and business coaching certification from the International Coach Institute (ICI) in 2019. Since then, I've been empowering individuals to pursue their goals, dismantle limiting beliefs, and find clarity in their professional paths.

HR consultant specialized in Learning & Development. With a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School, I've spent the last 7 years as an HR Specialist and HR Business Partner.

  •  Aug 2023- : HR Consultant for a scale-up and a medium sized company. ​

  • Feb 2018- Aug 2019: HR Specialist at IIH Nordic (4-day work-week)
