About Human Design
Many personality tools describe what someone is like. Human Design shows how someone works: how they make decisions, where their energy comes from, how they communicate, and what they need to do their best work.
That makes it unusually practical. In a single workshop, teams start building a shared language for their differences: why one person needs time before deciding while another needs to act now, why some thrive in constant collaboration while others need focused space. Conversations that used to create friction become ones the team can actually have.
I use it the way it works best: as a tool for reflection and dialogue, never for recruitment or selection. Combined with a decade in HR and career development, the insights turn into concrete changes in your meetings, your 1:1s, and how work is shared across the team.
